RPES Advisory Committee

The RPES Advisory Committee was created to represent research scientist and Research Leader perspectives in development of RPES policies.

The Committee is composed of nine members--one representative from each ARS Area, plus the Head of the Research Position Evaluation Staff (ex officio member and advisor). Area representatives are all experienced RPES panelists or Chairs. They come from diverse scientific disciplines and areas of research, and reflect ARS research workforce diversity. Area representatives also serve as a point of contact on RPES issues for scientists, Research Leaders and research administrators within their respective Areas.
