Workforce Recruitment Program for College Students with Disabilities

Program provides a systematic evaluation of college students with targeted disabilities for summer or permanent employment. Applications are collected by a team of interviewers visiting college campus's nationwide. Referrals are sent to locations that express an interest in considering these students. Funds for salaries come from unit hiring the students and are counted against hiring ceilings. Any accommodations necessary are provided by various Federal Agencies. This can be a temporary or permanent employment program.
